Helpful tips for referrals
Bring any medical history, including medications pertinent to your pet's eye problem.
Your pet's medical records can be sent to our office, upon your request, prior to your appointment.
Please advise us if your pet's temperament will require muzzling. The ophthalmologist and staff will be close to your pet's face in a darkened room during the eye exam.
